Clarity, not surveillance
Astrolinks makes a small desktop app for people who work remotely for more than one client. It helps you show what you did, without anyone watching you do it.
Why we made it
A lot of remote work ends the same way. The shift is over, you are tired, and three clients each want to know what you did today. So you scroll through your browser history and your sent folder and try to piece the day back together.
The usual answer is a tracker that takes screenshots and counts keystrokes, and sends all of it to someone else. We think that gets it backwards. The person doing the work should keep the record, and decide what to share.
So Astrolinks keeps a quiet log on your own computer, and at the end of the day it drafts the report for you. You read it, you change it, you send it. Your client gets clarity. You keep your privacy.
How we build it
- The worker first. Every feature has to make sense to the person whose day it is.
- Nothing leaves without a click. No hidden syncing, no analytics, no ads.
- Calm, not a dashboard. One obvious button at a time, and plain words a tired person can read at the end of a night shift.
- Easy to read. Atkinson Hyperlegible, made by the Braille Institute, in every window and on this site, and the app in five languages.
- Honest claims. We say what the app does, including the edges. No fake reviews, no made-up numbers.
What we won’t do
We won’t sell a way to watch people. The Team plan is an inbox for reports people choose to send, and it will stay that way.
