Your end-of-day report, already drafted

One press at the end of the shift

When you are done, press Summarize my day, the one main button on Today. The Summary page opens with a tab for each client. Each tab holds that client’s report, written on your computer from your log and your notes: what you worked on, for how long, the calls, the email and chat, your notes, what is blocked and what is next.

It is plain text in a box you can edit. Nothing goes anywhere until you say so.

Better words, if you want them

Press Write with AI and Claude, Anthropic’s AI, writes that client’s report in your sections, your tone and the client’s language. You see the words appear as it writes. The first time, Astrolinks asks whether you want AI at all. Claude gets a summary of your day, never your log, and emails and phone numbers are hidden first. A client you mark Private never goes to AI at all.

Where the AI comes from

• Astrolinks AI is included. Everyday (Claude Haiku 5.5) writes clear reports quickly. Best writing (Claude Sonnet 5.5) takes a little longer over the wording, on Pro and the trial.
• Pro, each Team or Business seat and the trial include 150 AI writes and edits a month. Free includes 5 AI reports a month.
• Or use your own Anthropic key on any plan, with no monthly count.
• If an answer looks wrong, Report an AI answer in the Summary’s More menu opens an email to us. Your report isn’t in it.

Fix it by saying what’s wrong

Beside the report is a small chat. Type, or dictate, something like “I also fixed the Calendly links, about 20 minutes.” Astrolinks adds it, tells you what it changed, and gives you Undo on every change. On a Mac, press the mic to use dictation. Or hold your Wispr Flow key in the chat field.

Send it the way each client likes

• Send to Slack posts to that client’s channel, after you confirm.
• Email draft opens a ready draft in your own email app. You press send.
• Copy puts it on your clipboard for anything else.
• Send to your team goes to your company’s Team inbox, if you are in one.

Offline? A report you pressed Send for waits on your computer and goes by itself when you are back online. It keeps trying for up to a day, and Settings, You, Waiting to send shows what is waiting.

Small things that save the next shift

• This week recaps each client’s week so far. On the last workday of your week (Friday, unless you change it), the Summary offers it.
• Write like this one keeps a report a client liked, so the next ones follow its shape and tone.
• Forgot yesterday? When today is still empty, the Summary offers the workday before.
• Leave with edits you have not sent, and Astrolinks asks first.
